At Body Secrets Day Spa and Hair Salon, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Please make yourself aware of our company policies and procedures described below. Our policies have been designed to ensure you enjoy a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.
Booking Appointments
Please call us at (860) 432-9088 to schedule an appointment or online when it is most convenient for you.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. We confirm appointments via text messaging and email.
A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold appointments for all appointments including spa packages, and bridal parties. Those canceling less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50%-100% of the value of the cancelled services. Clients who do not call and fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service price.
Payment Information
We accept credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa), cash, money orders, personal checks, American Express Travelers Cheques, and Body Secrets Day Spa gift cards. There will be a $25 returned check fee.
Tipping
Industry-standard for tipping is 15%-20% or more but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion. Currently, we ask that you gratuity add to your credit card.
Cell Phones
To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that mobile telephones be turned off when you enter the Spa.
Series and Packages
Series and Packages are discounted and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Refunds
We are sorry, Skin Care products, Spa Treatments, and Gift Cards are not refundable.
