Welcome, these are Body Secrets' policies:
Cancellation PolicyWe understand that you may need to cancel an appointment with us. However, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice. A credit card may be required to hold multiple services, bridal parties, or groups. Those canceling with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50%-100% of the canceled service(s). Clients who do not call or show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service(s) price.
Payment InformationWe accept credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa), cash, money orders, personal checks, American Express Travelers Cheques, and Body Secrets Day Spa gift cards. There will be a $25 returned check fee.TippingIndustry-standard for tipping is 20% or more but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion. You may add gratituty to your credit card. Venmo or cash is appreciated.
